"Sizing was a little off for me"
I ordered my usual size, but uh, it ended up fitting a bit smaller than I expected. It wasn’t awful or anything, just not quite right. I had to exchange it, which was kind of annoying. Overall it’s okay, but I’d definitely check the sizing carefully before ordering.

"Pretty good deal overall"
I thought the price was really fair for what I got. The quality was actually nice too, so I’m happy with it.
"Decent site, but the experience could be better"
The site looks nice, but using it wasn’t as smooth as I expected. The filters felt kind of clunky, and a few pages loaded slowly on my phone. I did end up finding what I needed, but it took way more clicking around than it should have. I also never got any follow-up afterward, which was a bit annoying because it would’ve been nice to know if everything went through properly.

"Customer service actually helped"
I had a question about my order, and I was mostly just focused on getting a clear answer without a bunch of back and forth. They got back to me quickly, and the rep was really nice. What stood out to me was that it didn’t feel like some copy-and-paste response, they actually answered what I asked. I wasn’t paying attention to much else at that point, but the whole thing felt a lot less stressful. I’d definitely order from Frost NYC again

"Warranty help was decent, even if I had to wait"
I had to get my chain fixed under warranty, and I was worried it was going to turn into one of those situations where you get passed around and no one helps you. Luckily, they did take care of it and got it fixed, but it still took a few days, which was kind of frustrating since I was the one stuck waiting without it. Overall, the help was good, I just wish it had been quicker.

"Looks about like the pictures"
My chain looked around the same as what was shown on the site, but it wasn’t an exact match. The size and style were pretty much right, though the shine looked a little different in person. It’s not a bad buy, I just expected it to look about 100% like the photos. Overall, it’s okay.

I wasn’t totally sure what to expect at first, but they actually kept me updated on my order well. I emailed them with a question and, yeah, they got back to me quicker than I thought. The tracking info came through on time too, so overall it was easy and not really stressful.

"Surprisingly solid chain"
I ordered a chain from Frost NYC, and I’ll be honest, I usually don’t put much stock in all the shiny company wording about “premium quality” and all that. But the chain actually showed up better than I expected. It has a nice weight to it, and the shine looks clean without looking fake or cheap.
I’ve been wearing it for a few weeks now and it still looks really good. The clasp feels sturdy too, which is something I always check because that’s usually where cheaper stuff gives itself away. I’d probably buy from them again.

"I was on Frost NYC looking..."
I was on Frost NYC looking at this chain. Kept going back to it. Wanted it, but yeah, paying the whole thing upfront wasn’t really what I wanted to do right then.
The financing option was simple though. It showed the payments clearly before checkout, which I liked. Got approved fast, order went through fine, no weird issues. just made it easier to grab what I wanted and pay it off over time.

"Return went smoother than I thought"
I ended up having to send back a chain because the fit wasn’t quite right. The return process with Frost NYC was easy to follow, they kept me updated, and the refund showed up without me having to chase anyone down. Can’t really complain when a return is handled like that.

"Showed Up Right When They Said It Would"
I placed my order last week and then did the usual thing where I kept half-watching the tracking, hoping it wouldn’t get delayed. To my surprise, the package showed up exactly on the day they said it would. The box was in good shape too, no dents or weird damage, which was a nice bonus. Overall, it was a smooth and easy delivery experience.

"Refund didn’t turn into a whole headache"
I had to ask Frost NYC for a refund after changing my mind on an order, i was already bracing myself for some annoying back-and-forth because that’s usually how these things go.
But customer service got back to me quickly, told me exactly what they needed, and I sent it over. Thankfully, they didn’t make it complicated or drag it out with a bunch of unnecessary questions.
The money was back in my account in a few days, just like they said it would be. No drama, no excuses, no weird runaround. that’s all I wanted, and I’d be fine ordering from them again.

"Nice packaging, finally"
I got my order from FrostNYC the packaging was really nice. I was getting a little impatient waiting to open it, but the box looked clean, felt secure, and nothing was loose or scratched. It made the whole thing feel a bit more special without being too much. Happy with how it showed up.

"Had to escalate just to get any real shipping info"
I placed my order thinking it would arrive in a reasonable amount of time, but the shipping took way longer than expected. The tracking barely updated the whole time, which made it even more frustrating because I had no idea where my package actually was. After waiting around and getting nowhere, I ended up having to escalate the issue with customer support just to get a clearer answer. Overall, it was a really annoying experience.
